Which of these are the top 5 to post on in your opinion, or would you recommend posting on all of them?

You could submit 1 blog to all and then look which brings in the best traffic if you are submitting because of traffic. If you are submitting because of search engines then you will have to find out which ones are the oldest and have the highest search engine ranking.

Note that blog directories like adultblogdirectory.com, adultblogspider.com and sexbloghunter.com and likely more sort the blogs on incoming hits. This enables you to stand out the crowd by sending hits, because the more hits you send the higher your blog is placed on the directory.
