Just curious, Serge, but what's your motivation here? You sold this board but not outright so you are getting payments and yet you are poisoning the well. What possible reason can you have for selling a product and then attempting to put it out of business before the new owners complete paying you for it?

You sold it and aren't happy with the direction the new owners are taking it in. Big deal, that's business. What does your alleged attorney wife say about the legality of selling something and then intentionally attempting to sabotage it?
