Lost almost 35 lbs so far

Best Diet I have tried ever, it is working wonders.

It is called "Shove less food in your mouth you fat bastard"

Realized I can be quite satisfied eating half of what I was, like I said almost 35lbs with no additional exercise.

Fell better than I have in years

Pretty simple really.

Just keep doing what I am doing, instead of a bowl of chips while watching the tube, I grab a piece of fruit, instead of ordering the steak every time we go out, I get seafood.

Just generally healthier eating habbits. All things in moderation always seemed to be the best for me.

By next week my weight will be below 200 for the first time since 97

since I stopped smoking,
I am eating double.
I hate exercizes,
so...in order to stay the same I just fuck more...
works for me,
with all pasta in Sicily I gained only 1 pound

Good for you. I'm sure you feel alot better. No drugs?

It's amazing how quickly one can lose weight. Especially people 40 pounds or more overweight, you are already burning alot more calories sitting than the regular person.

I've put on a beer and pizza belly again since I turned 21. Starting wednesday I go on my unhealthy, yet high result diet. Thurmbuterol three times a day (ephredrine pill), 1200 calories a day, spaced out to 8 eatings a day, only consisting of salad, tuna, and yogurt. 3 miles every other day running, moderate weight lifting. Last time I had to do this I went from 185 to 155 in about 6 weeks.

Maintaining is the hardest part. I myself have never stayed rail thin for more than 6 months at a time, I love to eat and drink.

If you are doing a drug free regimen, I'd even more so recommend spacing out meals. Basically, eat something small, every hour if possible. No or as few possible carbs after 7pm.

NEVER eat chips, cookies etc out of the bag while zoning out watching tv/computing. Choose the portion way before you eat it.

Since stopping boozing I've dropped quit a bit of weight as well
