does anyone know if its possible to recall a reiw thats been sent and received the other end say if some fucker rips oyu off and you want to get your money back ?

if you send the wire by ACCIDENT and find it early enough before the money withdrawn-
you can get the money back,
otherwise it's really hard

We had to go court once - lucky both accounts were in the same country... if the accounts are in different countries, then I could see that taking a very long time.
