Simple is all. A needed commodity is a guaranteed winner.
Necessity ideas that society depends upon a continuance is a guaranteed winner like oil, wood, automobiles, food, etc.
So how to create a spiff into a necessity?
The catch is to figure out what fad or new habit will convert into a daily grind of the everyday consumer I guess.

Pornography and marijuana are two of the ideas that cross the lines on a legality side & stock value increase from changes depending on what the laws are for that year or years to come. Therefore interdependency of such items are needed to secure sales and increase it's value.
Millions have tried to catch or grasp the consumer by giving it away hoping a codependency will occur on newer generation's and cultures.

Yes, there are. I can categorically state, it is a fact. We received some funding from such an individual. He remains a valued asset to this day.
He is also a close personal friend of mine, and has little interest, beyond a mild less than "normal," curiosity, for "porn."

And he has no interest in Marijuana.

Lots of the west coast county family property owners are becoming cannabis growing backyards with the kids backyard swing-set brushing the tips of the shrubs.
