We are in a full service business center like many other business today.

May I ask you something since you seem to have an opinion on our lease agreement, have you seen our lease and terms of the lease, how do you know what length of time it was signed for.

Having met with the owners of the building in the past, the rent stutructure is pretty simple, easy to deal with, and are effectively month to month leases (with options on 3 and 6 month leases with exit options). It is the sort of place business end up in for a very, very short period of time where they find out if they are going to sink or swim, without having to sign any long term leases or make personal pledges to get things done.

My comments mean nothing more than what they are.

I think I have shot in that Holiday Inn before an evening of sushi and glass smashing, head bashing, eye gouging wrestling. A friend of mine owns a wrestling league. I still have the t shirt.
