Honestly Mark I think your a decent guy.
Ive recommended your product because it is the best thing on the market.
But after seeing a few of your customer complain... maybe in your enthusiastic sales presentation these clients set their own level of expectation too high?

Ive never seen that many voids on top of everything else in a CCBill panel.
3K revenue and 2K of it was shit.

Unfortunately, many of our customers are newbies. They think that if they buy our software, they are buying their way into the "world of porn". They see Million dollar sales surrounded by lots of girls. They don't understand how much real work is involved these days. We offer tons of support and a BBS where everyone can talk with everyone else to exchange ideas etc, but ...

To be 100% honest, our versions previous to 3.0 were bad. They worked, but they required Windows Media, Java, Ports, special security settings etc etc. And even though we provided endless detailed instructions and lots of hand-holding support, many newbie webmasters simply followed the tune in their own brains instead.
