When you maintain a high profile on the boards and use them as a marketing tool, you're going to be under far more scrutiny and any shortcomings are also going to get posted to those same boards.

...and I could still use a real design company as opposed to one who does nothing but manage a bunch of outsourcers in latin america, phillipines or eastern europe.
Sooner or later these folks get hungry and their pricing and timelines return to reality. |
