Gonzo, I can't help what Google does. I'm not very well schooled on SEO, I'll admit that. That's why I outsource SEO to SEO specialists for my clients. I really think that you guys over there are incredibly suspicious of people's motives. Shit, I post some tips to try to get some good ideas out on a bunch of boards and in the process promote my business (isn't that what everyone is doing) and I get all of this crap from you guys. I'll be honest with you. All of this "don't post your fucking spam" all over the board is a turn off for me and it probably is for other business minded people in this industry. Every time I see it I cringe. I guess there is a culture over there that I just don't understand and never will. Better that I just stay away. Good luck to you. Bruce

After almost 5 years worth of work with it the indexing on this board is the testament to it.

Ill be honest with you about this "dont post your fucking spam" attitude.

Sponsors pay for advertising here. I find it rude and disrespectful that you think you can just drop by for free shameless promotion whenever you feel like it.

Ive been doing this 15 years now. Im not suspicious of peoples motives. Im realistic about them. The aforementioned link supports my view.

Im pretty sure that the other board owners in the google thread where you dropped off your "tip" probably share my view.

Heres a parting tip from me. Its going to be rough for you to assist others in marketing -especially B2B - when the majority of us and the customers are over here.

Maybe its time to learn the culture?

Geez Gonzo, I guess there's no such thing as a "private message" on this site, so I'll go public with my remarks. This is the second private message that's been published. That's unethical and probably illegal. Actually I've been getting a lot of positive feedback from the boards other then GFY, Medium Pimpin and yours. Most of the negatives have come from that asswipe Toby who sells advertising for you and his cronies. It's pretty obvious to me where the real businesspeople are and they aren't on your board. As for the majority of my potential clients being on this board, I hardly believe that. The real customers are on the other boards I post on. And for those of you who enjoy these marketing tips, you will find them on boards like YNot, JBM, Cozy Campus, Adult Insider, Weboverdrive, Drink More Post More, Another Adult Board, Klixxx and others. Please join me over there if you're serious about marketing your business. As a parting shot (since you'll no doubt ban me for this post) if I was an advertiser on this board I would seriously look at the way serious businesspeople like myself are treated. I would take my business elsewhere.
