I think palin is a horrible VP pick and has basically shelped sink the McCain campaign but in all fairness that is on her staff much more than it is her.

When you listen to her reactions, she sounds way gullible. Something her neighbour Mr. Putin would exploit. He would chew her up and spit her out. Not a good trait in a president should that unfortunate but likely situation occur.

Bad argument. Just because a call gets through "staff", the buck stops with the president or vp. Gullibility is not an option for a pres or vp. Do you want someone who tacitly agrees that Nailin Palin and does not react when a a "foreign leader" calls her "my dear" in charge of foreign policy and maybe in charge of nukes? These guys from CKOI know the game well. In the past, they did the same thing to Al Gore, the Queen of England, many movie and music stars, and even the Pope!

What I find funny is that much of the mainstream media in the US ignored this, especially the insanely conservative sites like Drudge (I sent him the tip twice, including pointing out that he had been scooped by Perez Hilton of all people).

This election has really shown the "online media" to be a horribly partisan bunch of assholes.
