Not so much the sites as the ad networks. Most of the site owners arent inclined or clever enough to really do a good quality scam.

However, the ad networks are getting a little desperate. They'll push the edge a bit more to keep revenue up while advertising budgets are getting slashed. Google will be fine. Everyone else is fighting for scraps though. So things like Iframes with lots of nastiness are making a come back. It's only a matter of time before some dumbass calls their hosting company and accuses them of hacking their servers.

Ive only seen one fucknut ever do that but I think everyone knows hes full of shit. After seeing him my size and bragging how he was leaving to climb Mt Killamanjaro - I doubt he could scale Blood Mountain let alone Killamajaro.
