Plus to make matters worse, the screen on my main laptop has wigged out, so I had to go buy a new notebook last night (bit of a pricey couple of weeks...hehe). I'm still homesteading that. I have desktops and servers downstairs for real work, but I cant stand to be chained to desk. I get a lot of casual work done doing what I'm doing right now. Lounging in my recliner in front of TV, but I'm also online piddling, answer some email, icq's, hitting the boards, etc. |

But I have several portable drives, and a big ass Drobo on the network. Important stuff is on the Drobo, which can lose a drive and keep on cooking. So no biggie there, but moving into a new computer for me is almost like moving into a new house. Have to get all of my software, bookmarks, files, etc that I need to live on it. |
