We have a video site that was drm'ed until the Playa/Jason Tucker fiasco, which was the end of it. Business did pick up. I think Flash is not the way to go for a site that you offer monthly memberships to, but is certainly the way to go for VOD. I am currently encoding all my videos in Flash as well as WMV. Just wrestling with file sizes at the moment.
