Traffic is king... unless...

Imagine a street with nothing but homeless shelters and churches. Imagine the traffic, so many people in and out of there all the time. No way any business would survive.

For me, many tube sites are like homeless shelters. There ain't no money in them, no matter how popular they are.

Really? Open a liquor store, a pawn shop, a numbers game and a loan operation on that same block and then tell me you're not making so much money you have to have a car come by every hour to take the overflowing cash outta your hands!!

You gotta know how to make money. If you do, you can make money any place ... a homeless street included.
