I talk to potential new clients, yes. A lot of people call enquiring about the software, daily.

Mark will finally sign the contract yes; his contact with customers can vary though, depending on the intiating contact of course.

If I sounded like Mark maybe it was because I didn't use contractions, which I've noticed he does not do :P
