They got grilled pretty good last month on a TGP webmaster board. There were a couple of separate issues that each led to affiliates not getting proper credit. The one common thread seemed to be that things were getting done without an appropriate amount of supervisory review prior to being released for use. That tells me that they're already staffed too thin, particularly in regards to key personnel. Another program acquisition isn't going to help that at all.

The whole thing has a really classic feel of money laundering about it. But, I really have no idea as to what they are doing. When you look at the programs they have acquired, there are many that just don't fit. It's like they'll buy anything offered to liquidate some hidden cash. Maybe they're happy with 50 on the dollar?

Skip the 50 on the dollar.. prolly going straight offshore. With all they have been aquiring, they have plenty scapegoats to choose where 5 million dollars in losses went *cough
