probably best to talk to your host and explain what you are trying to do and maybe they can suggest a plan that allows for growth without killing your budget. You have a lot of variables to consider, like video quality.

3 estimates from reputable hosts would be a good start.

I did this.
I'm shopping around right now. Gotten a few quotes, been offered and suggested a few "full package deals" & "Semi full site deals", plus a few other ideas.
So now I wanna see how it looks thru independent pricing , just to get some estimate ideas, and wanted hear what is said here at Oprano.
