I am using ccbill as my secondary and affiliate processor. They seem functional and pay us and our affiliates on time. No real complaints and affiliates trust them, but I would not want to necessarily rely on them as a primary. I think they scrub too hard.

Yeah that CCBill scrub is legendary. I had them as my primary with Apollos Temple but I kept seeing a decline in sign ups from the same traffic. It got to 25% and I said to hell with it. And I have a great relationship with Epoch and enough secondary processors to give potential customers loads of choices.

any opinions on Verotel? I use them as primary on 5 sites, no complaints from me, but I really only used them to avoid the VISA charges. I use their affiliate program for 1 site... "just to test it" .... which is my mantra for all things new to me. I just set up with PV recently..."just to test it"...and I see where that is going...I did use CCBill back in '99, but have not tried the others you guys are talking about.

I switched from CCBill to Verotel several years ago for about a week and then switched back... i had a 70% drop in sales during that week, switched back to CCBill and they went right back up. I have no idea what was wrong but I haven't touched them since nor have I recommended them to anyone else

Update... Pure Vanilla now has no KB.

According to his post he resigned yesterday and went backstage to party with Velvet Revolver.

My guess is if you got stiffed on your last months revenue you will see it right after Ibill pays you out!
