Just learn how to go around, and play thru the law, its how cases have been who for years.
Interpreting the law to work in your favor is very successful for lawyers now days.

I agree that libel is difficult to prove, but then again, I sure wouldn't want to have to pay to defend myself against a libel lawsuit whether I ultimately won or not.

you know as well as I do that court cases these days are based on how good the lawyers are....

besides, you can't make any money suing someone who has nothing and as tucker already has said on humorous occasions, I am too broke to afford my own things, so I doubt I have much to worry about

True again, but we all know that 90% of these cases even when lost. People don't do any time. Look at O.J Simpson. That guy owes millions in a civil lawsuit with Nicole's family, and that asswipe is playing golf right now in some multi million dollar golf course.

It's no fun debating with someone that doesn't have a clue so I give up, you win. O.J. Simpson beat a murder rap and continues to live his life free and snub his nose at the family that won the case, but his attorneys didn't do shit for him. He just decided not to pay and no one is doing anything about it.
