My threads and posts were never about Trisha but about the way girls are welcomed and treated on a board. Not like business people. Personally, I would never ever ever ask a woman I was doing business with to show me her tits unless she was a performer that I was hiring. Unfortunately, a lot of men have trouble treating female colleagues with respect and that's not just something that happens on webmaster boards.

Some of them bring it on themselves and even beg for it, like Trisha, who I think posts here less for business and more for her ego, but when a woman comes along that isn't content, it would be nice if she was just treated like one of the guys. Unfortunately, most of any board's members are assholes.

That said, I think you're on to something. I mean, I accept that there's always going to be a certain level of "hey baby, every had your asshole licked by a fat man in an overcoat?" going on - it is a strongly guy-weighted industry, after all. But on the other hand... It gets pretty tiring to try to talk to someone about numbers and business and get "Yeh, sure... Wanna do a shoot? I've got a camera..."

Of course not, silly :P. It's a line from a movie, chosen to make a point about the crude nature of contact that often happens to women in the industry, without regard to what that woman actually does. Y'know, backing up what Hammer was saying about the general state of interaction on boards.

It is a tough environment!! i totally agree!!

I dont know why people complain about chicks promoting themselves......what are they suppose to do? Make money for someone else and not themselves. I dont want to promote someone else companies......I have plenty of times......but if you had your own company why would u push another product. I would rather the girls take a more hands on approach to show that we do have personalities and are real people.

I don't think it's the self-promotion itself that's the problem so much. It's the nature of the self-promotion and then abandoning the boards once some amophous goal has been acheived - it's kinda cheap and manipulative. I think that's the main complaint here.

Yall should spend some time with Trisha away from the show frivolity. Youll find shes quite a businesswoman in her own right.

YES, I totally agree with you there. I have had the pleasure to hang out with Trisha Uptown several times. She is a very sweet person and has a good head on her shoulders. She has goals in her life and yes you should check out her site, its very nice.

See it is a double edge sword that "talent" has to ride....we come in and webmasters think we are "dumb" because we use are bodies to make money. If we aren't titty showing fun girls....then they dont want to sell and promote us because we are uptight, yet at the same time there is a middle ground you have to walk......the women who are not in front of the camera should be treated like professional but again in the same right you need to know what business you are in "PORN"" hello............

As far as my ego.......Hammer wow.....you dont know me well enough.......i really dont have an ego.........I am just a fun spirited girl!!

I am just at point right now where I am figuring out my how to do a lot of this work myself. So I am really doing a lot more reading and learning at this point and posting from time to time be social......I post more here because people are friendly and willing to help a model rather then treat her like a piece of meat.....but to say I dont want them to look at my tail from time to time would be a lie......if i wasnt an exhibitionst i would be in front of the camera.....and if you didnt want to look from time to time you wouldnt be in the business either.
