The one I was on could have been quite useful had there not be a tweaker substituted at th last mnute that wanted to answer every question with his vast experience of 10 months.

I think he was destined to wear the uniform he had on for the panel....

Not only was he arguing with two U.S. attorneys about something he clearly was clueless about, but the dumb fuck is from Canada.

The seminar was about community sites and pretty much everything he said was pure bullshit, but he really stepped in it when I said that I didn't agree with community sites censoring words like GFY does and he went off on how they could get sued if they don't censor words like pedophile.

He and Eric from GFY both said that if they don't censor words like that people call each other those names and I said, it also means that no one can carry on a legitimate conversation about child porn and pedophiles because those words (at least on GFY), are replaced with hahahahahahahahaha.

He argued his point to the point that J.D. Obenberger (who was in the audience) stood up and said that no word in the English language is considered legally obscene and arguing my point that no words should be censored. Then Mr. Applebees started arguing points of law with Obenberger who finally threw up his hands, laughed and walked out, while moderator Mark Womack is apologizing to him all the way to the door.

Then I asked a question about 2257 and a community site's responsibility in that regard specifically of Eric Bernstein at which point Appleboy started to answer so I said, "I asked the attorney" so he shut up.

Those are just a couple examples. He had some of us laughing the whole seminar.
