Here in the USA, as far as I understand, (And I could be wrong) it has only ever been "adjudicated safe" out there in la la land, southern California. (Until it slides off into the ocean)

in other places than CA its gray but common sense should tell you, if where you think about shooting there is no porn to be bought.Thats a bad sign. Miami is considered the porn valley of the east coast. Score, bang bros shoot all the time and nothing happens.

Last time I checked you could buy porn in North Florida, Pensacola in particular. All it takes is a trip to your local convenience store and you can purchase the same exact content you would find on any porn site. Gangbangs, facials, no different than what was on cohf's site. If you drive across town you can find more extreme fetish material at an adult bookstore that would make most blush. That to me throws the community standards argument out the window.

Funny my friend who is from there told me what a very uptight place it is and considering they went after cohf,bang bros is fine and they have been featured all over the media but they are in miami.Makes you think pensacola isnt ideal. Rhetorical, I'm not sure if you know this or not, but Jim was Ray Ghun's manager, he was not involved with producing the content. I think it's ridiculous that he was arrested in the first place but he's simply the one that is willing to talk publicly about it so he gets the brunt of the 'I told you so's', which really isn't fair.

You are right. Don't shoot the messenger. I certainly agree with that and my apologise to Jim. I think we should always support those who are busted unfairly and challenge the oppression of the whacko right. But I just don't blindly give support when I think something is not clear and the waters are muddy.

My question is..why does it have to be safe in only one or two areas to shoot porn?? That's bullshit, we should have the same right to shoot porn in small town north Florida as we do in Miami. That is why this case is so important we eventually have to stand up and fight for our rights and win the right to shoot wherever or we can just lay down and allow the government to take over and eventually have control over what we watch on tv, the internet and the radio. Wake up guys they are not going to give up their quest for complete censorship. IMO

Oh, I had no idea that you were specifically trying to challenge the laws when you chose to film outside of the usual porn jurisdictions; I just thought you folks were careless and got caught with your pants down. So, what made you choose gang bangs to protest the laws when you could have tried something a little softer on the mainstream psyche such as solo girl or girl-girl scenes? And also, if you wanted to take on this huge US morality issue, why didn't you get a few more production companies on board with you beforehand?

I do believe that the laws should be changed and that consenting adults should be free to engage in whatever sexual activities they desire, including group sex, prostitution, nude dancing, BDSM, adult film production... and even monogamy if they're really kinky! LOL Although I think you chose a pretty difficult path to challenge US laws, I hope that you achieve your goals in the end. Good luck!
