Paragraph four is a bit shakey because you cannot sign away your legal rights. I think a little hush money would be in order considering the enormous profit.

In the case of the news producer, I think she has a rock solid case. When she thought she and her people were involved in a documentary when in fact that was not the case, it carries more import because of her occupation. Most people tend to go on good faith when approached by foreign "broadcasters" and help out in any way possible. I have been in this position many times myself. If I were her, I would be all over Sacha.
Don't get me wrong, I love Ali G and Borat. I have been a fan for years, even before he came to America. His Gay fashion designer is amazing. This guy is going to be rich rich rich.

Anyone who works in the media and had not heard of Ali G in the last couple of years really has no excuse for being fooled other than they had their head under a rock in some podunk hillbilly town
