This is the beginning of one review of on site -- and while I always publish bad reviews, even when I lose money -- I hate to see a site slammed when I know people put time, effort and money into it.

I won't publish only good reviews. I publish whatever my reviewer says in their opinion.

I'm not saying, "hey, this sponsor doesn't pay" "this sponsor shaves" or "this sponsor is run by a fucking asshole" as many do.

Absolutely not, but if it's not true and by saying it you cause her mother to lose money or standing in the community, it could be libelous.

I really don't see how a review site could be found libelous unless the sponsor could prove that the review wasn't true, was purposely written with the intent of causing damage to the sponsor, the reviewer knew they were writing lies, and finally, that the review actually resulted in loss of income. There are a lot of good attorneys in this country, but I doubt there are many that could win that case.
