Actually, it's been rather useful. The posts that have been posted thinking I can't access them are going to be priceless when I meet with my attorney on Monday

I think he'll be quite entertained Once we get into the specifics, I have a feeling he's going to refer me to someone else though. We have a branch of a national firm here and I suspect I'll be recommended to go there since we're dealing with a company in CA.
