2 critical mistakes were made. Brad asks for someone to put up or shut up in public, and they put up, be prepared with dealing with the public exposure of what they put up - correct or misdirected. He should have asked peaches for the basis for her accusations and claims in private and she should have done so, in private. It never should have gotten as far as it did, considering how long everyone involved has known eachother, its ugly, I'm disgusted on many fronts, but it's doesn't involve me and my opinion matters ziltch.

I think it's hilarious when someone proves they haven't even talked to their attorney before they threaten to sue someone for slander when they really mean lible in the first place. Threats are useless and frankly I would never threaten to sue someone and give them a heads up. I'd just sue their ass and let them keep running their idiot mouths until they were served.
