Im down 14 pounds as of saturday, and this is without one minute of exercise!

That being said Im heading back to the gym this week now that my back is feeling much better

Forest, I am very proud of you.

I am down to 238, my goal is to get down to 220-225lbs.

I am not dieting hard, just portion control, and working out - lots of cardio.
