I'm doing GREAT in the non-adult world AND my freesites are still bringing in a nice income. I didn't get septic permits on 3 pieces of land I was going to buy, so I'm bummed about that, but there's a whole lot more land out there

Thank you for clearing that up, Matt. I get offers at least once a week. But I make more for myself than I do working for others, so why go back? That "job" was only 18 months out of the 9 years I've been in the biz. I do OK for myself without working for someone
