i am not going to look it up.... but i am 99.9% sure that intentionally making a model look under age and depicting her in graphic sexual shots is illegal. i remember reading up on the laws about this and remember the comments of someone once on netpond, claiming to be a police officer many years ago that completely broke it down (i believe it was right after one of the big busts in vancouver - with the underage girl on cam).

Yeah, that's my recollection as well. And whether it's legal or not, you're going after pedo's if you're intentionally trying to make the audience THINK she's under 18.

I have no idea what all the ins and outs are, maybe as long as you state all models are over 18 you're free and clear. I dont know, that's not a park I play in regardless of what Peaches thinks.

But there are some sites that clearly push the edge of that envelope. I checked the sponsor list, so I'll name a couple of names that aren't on the protected list....hehe. Recent example is Little April....she looks 15 and they appear to do everything they can to keep it that way. Another one that comes to mind that is independent is Kirsten of Kirsten's Room....she looks like a pudgy 16 year old....and has looked that way for what? 8 years or so now? She's gotta be pushing 30...hehe.

Like Gonzo said, it is a costume plain and simple. Does the website the girl is going to be on have a 2257 statement? do they state she is over 18 or do they hint that she is underage?
most sites, and I can only imagine that Hell Puppy would be very responsible when it comes to this, are not going to try and insinuate that a girl is underage. The girl may be young, shit 25 is young to me, but that doesn't make it illegal or immoral.

If you have a model with big boobs, you excentuate that feature..

and if the girl is a teen and your selling youth (not molestation BTW, different things entirely) then you bring attention to that.
There is a reason the teen niche is arguably the biggest one out there, it is because the market likes to see young women naked and knocking boots
