Might want to check out the signup image verification. It will not accept the correct string, when you enter it exactly as it is shown you get.

The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed.
Since the image on the signup page was in all caps, I used all caps, I was only able to get in when I used all lower case letters.

yeah, I had that trouble too, I just retried it a few times though and it eventually worked
