Using all proper, legal protocol, I do not think most webmasters could make more money collecting emails rather than sending to our program. I feel the same about other programs.

You bring good points about difficulties of running your own e-mail programs by small webmasters, tough laws make it harder and harder.

But still, for somebody with the mind for innovations, those obstacles can be overcome and make it rather profitable.

I think this statement is a true yet sweeping statement in every industry. I will now make a sweeping statement that hopefully compliments yours:

In every industry, there are very few people that are innovative and have the ability to tackle obstacles that will make them profitable.
