It's perfectly legal to own and fire, I have more problems with my AR-15 than the gattling gun, the ar is on the california assault ban list list, because it has a pistol grip, yet I have a M-1 carbine that shoots just as many bullets, bigger bullets and has a bayonette on it and it's not on the ban list, because it doesn't have a pistol grip? this state is weird!
