Need some help on Amsterdam This is a nice place to eat in the center of the city http://www.thegrand.nl/cr_menu.html Good hotel aswell. There's a Rembrandt-Caravaggio exhibition at the Van Gogh Museum until the middle of June and the Rijksmuseum is an amazing place. Do try to get out of Amsterdam, Somewhere like Hoorn or Edam/Volendam just for a half day.
