With zero knowledge and no money there are really two options.

#1 convince someone in the industy to mentor you in exchange you'll work for free or at minimum wage until your skill level reaches a point where you are a valuable asset. = making some $$ albiet minimal while gining knowledge and skills.

#2 spend your time mastering some of the webmaster resources available and then influence someone else to put up the capital.
