omg that's exactly what I've been doing to my coworker.... unconsciously of course, but I send him on errands for me all the time to go buy me a drink or some food or anything really, and he'll do it... I always tell him to pick something up for himself too...
...so then he's running errands for me, AND indebted to me... edit: Goodness, its no wonder he's moving back to Vancouver. Hopefully he'll train the next guy that gets hired to do the same though... if not, I'm persuasive.
