good trick for "recharging" spaghetti...use a little butter and fresh tomato juice and heat the spaghetti in a sauce pan and it will spark it back up
I've used this for day old spaghetti too...not quite as good as the fresh, but better than the crusty spaghetti you can sometimes end up with

I'm convinced the gods made microwave ovens for the sole purpose of heating up pasta perfectly!
