Stock Photography!! WTF!!

Dravyk · 12-05-2005

Damn, now SXC.hu has bitten the dust too!

Yes, photo rates are freaking horrible!

For this very reason I created a year ago the Royalty Free Image Archive as a place to go for free images for site making. Haven't pushed it very much though of late (til now.)

If anyone has some photos they would like to contribute, please PM me. Thanks.

Trev, there's some nature photos in there I know. But I'm also sitting on a hundred mostly-nature pics (lots of trees) that need to be uploaded into there as well. If you can't find what you need, hit me up and I'll get those contributions into the system.

Sysprod, I used to use sxc, it was only a matter of time before they thought about cashing in.

Selena, thanks for the link, istock seems to be very reasonably priced, I like the credits scheme.

Newton, tell me about it, I remember being able to find hundreds of sites offering out free pics for site design... this internet sucks... people charging money for pictures, whatever next

Dravyk, you've just become my favourite person
