ok, I went to the doc yesterday. I have some fluid buildup so they gave me nasal steroids to try and drain it.

She's also been taught some really weird yawning techniques that force the tube to open, it was either that or have grommets put in and that wasn't an option. I hope the spray does the trick for you.
