I doubt as to whether it will do well here, they own the asda chain of stores here now and they often sell chinese imports at £3 ($5) for a pair of jeans apparently .

First...who the hell is "Tommy Hilfiger"??? (I don't get out much and have very little occasion to search for "red, white and blue" clothes on the 'net.)

Second...I think you're right, TE. It's much more likely to drag the second down the haul the first up...and a considerable hauling it would require.

Now, it they could get a "customer transplant," that might help.
