well considering they basically just used a sandbag tampon to fill the last breach, any water spilling through that area would still technically be a breach. If Nagin gets fired, I'll take his place gladly

Yeah, I was thinking "broken" even though I know water coming over is still a "breach". My head was elsewhere I guess.

I think at this point you'd do a better job than Nagin!

In another article I read it said there were 500 buses waiting at the superdome to evacuate people, but as of wed. night only 27 people had taken advantage of them. Wonder if more got out last night?
