Well when I turned up I landed late Sat evening.We were held on the rock.

Turned up at the Officers mess and all everyone was really ponced up.I expected them all to look fucked after a good day yomping after Argies

But nope , everyone was hair slicked , uniform pressed , immaculateetc etc.

I said "Whats up?"

A Ccapt looks over and whispers " tonight's the night the shepherd brings the sheep to camp."

So as you can imagine I was kinda weirded out , I said "Fine , but what about all the pressed uniforms and slicked hair etc"

I was greeted by a chorus of "You don't want to get an ugly one!"



;-))))))








thank you please tip yr waitresses , I'll be here all week.

BTW never went to the Falklands ,nor Belfast , but I have seen all the documentaries...
