Some of you nursing home candidates need to hit the fucking gym or at least do some cardio. Not really trying to slam anyone but falling over dead in the middle of the mall because of a massive coronary would ruin most anyone's day.

You'd be amazed at how much a simple brisk walk every morning before breakfast will improve your overall health.

I mentioned walking because the guys in those pics don't look like spring chickens and going hardcore could potentially cause more damage than benefit. As well you don't need to go all fitness fanatic to do it. All you need is some comfy shoes and a water bottle plus most anyone can do it safely and possibly add years to their life.
