Yeah there is also a Nikon D50 out now as well...cheapest pro-sumer line.
http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php?cat=1&grp=2 I'm waiting to replace my old Pro-body Nikon D1h and D1 with a new Nikon D2x...the new D2x is only 5grand at present but it should come down to around $3,500 in a year or so and than I can finally trade my old battleships off for the new breed of Nikon.
