When I first started at PMB, yeh, marketing and promotion was a big part of what i do, but it's not anymore.

Over the last 4 yrs my job description has developed to the point where it's no longer recognisable...lol.

One of the advantages of working in a small company (in terms of manpower) is that you get to do a lot of different things, including some stuff you wouldn't have thought yourself capable of doing.

Ain't that the truth... I was originally hired to help our designer update our websites. Six months later I was his boss, now I don't even know what the hell I do. Just point me in a direction and I'll get it done though. haha
