I've been to Caracas , and EC , it is a total shithole.
Coming in from the port to downtown Caracas you drive in a valley with shanty towns on one side with excrement rolling down the side of the hill. The entire hillside comprises tin walled and cardboard "homes". Right nearby there is a couple of high rise appt blocks which cost all the money. What politicians say and what they do are not necessarily the same thing lol |
