Damn Anthony, glad to hear you're going to be O.K.
That is some serious weight you are lifting, I'm about ready to start on my Bow Flex here soon... It's amazing when you star working ut how great you feel within a month of working out 4 times a week lifting.
Unfortunately last time i lifted I was 18, LOL .... Since then most my heavy lifting was bottles of beer and rolling kegs in and out of my bar
At least you'll have more free time to .... work now for a bit lol ... so at least your pocket book should get larger
