We have a in-house developed system, since all the systems I have seen have too many security holes or the companies behind them lacks basic customer service.
We build it into our backend, so it not only work as a security system, but also provides data, which is used in support, and CMS. But for those who have more basic needs, then you could also look at http://www.proxypass.com/
