Assuming that all that has been said is true, didn't you know that JoesHO was a loose cannon before you entered into an agreement with him, Jucy? And if you didn't know, why would you agree to go into business with someone you don't know?
I guess that's just me... If I decide to start a business venture with someone, I make sure I know who they are before I agree. After I agree, it is written in stone. It's really is kind of a shitty to wait until the announcement to back out. But, that's just my uneducated opinion.
