All those I was chatting with and due to be chatting with ,sorry for having to bolt.

My wife fell over in the gym and broke her wrist , so she had to be rushed to hospital and get it set and then I had to mind our brood of kids.

She is one tough lady , damn!

Back home and trying to run her household one handed. ;-)))

4 kids...

Makes me realise how tough the job "Wife and mother" is.

Long hours , I must remember how tough it is.

Got in some good jokes in the hospital

Nurse: OK, you'll feel a little prick.
Me: She's been with me for 17 yrs , she's used to it.
( an old favourite)

Nurse:She is able to tolerate a lot of pain
Me: She's been with me for 17 yrs , she's used to it.

Plus she won't be stopped. She is doing housework and stuff one handed

I often say that those are the most important jobs there are

(along with being a homemaker - and gender doesn't matter except for the mother part)

Hopefully she will heal quickly.

BTW ... it is never wise to piss off a woman with a cast on her arm.
