Mike, it was great meeting up with you in Vegas again (odd how we always see each other in passing and then stop and talk for an hour ;-))
I'm glasd to see the program's finally launched, I know you're excited about it not sure that I have any smoking traffic, but will put up a couple links and see how it goes :-)
